The Dark Knight Rises (2012)

Batman and Talia al Ghul
'According to THR... Anne Hathaway, Keira Knightley, Jessica Biel, Kate Mara, and Charlotte Riley are all testing for two big female roles in the film - one is a villain, and the other is a potential love interest. One of the characters is suspected to be “Talia, the daughter of villain Ra’s Al Ghul, who was portrayed by Liam Neeson in Nolan’s first Gotham-set crime pic Batman Begins. In the comic books, Talia is both Batman’s lover and antagonist, ultimately siring his alter ego Bruce Wayne’s son.”'

I never would have picked those three to appear in Batman. Though if I had to, I would choose Hathaway, because I liked her in Alice in Wonderland and Brokeback Mountain. But she seems too light-hearted to appear as either a love interest or villian of Batman, I can't stand Keira Knightley, and, as the article states, Biel isn't the best peformer. I don't really know much about Kate Mara or Charlotte Riley other than what I've read on here. It's unfortunate that Eva Green is not in the running, she would have been my choice of the names mentioned. Other fans have suggested Jennifer Connelly and Marion Cotillard.

Heck, why don't they just cast me? To be Batman's/Bruce Wayne's love interest (I love the dark and mysterious type) and to act alongside - and sneak a kiss from - Christian Bale would be just...*sigh*.
That is why Keira Knightley must not get her hands on him! She already stole Will Turner (Orlando Bloom) from me in Pirates of the Caribbean and she is not doing it again!

I'm hoping it's all just a rumour.

P.S. I was going to publish this yesterday - but The Big Bang Theory was on and they all dressed up as superheroes! I love those guys. Yes, I'm a nerd.
